Justice Prem Shankar Gupt Passes Away: 24 Jan 13
It was with a deep sense of loss that the Sansthan learnt of the sad demise of our patron, Justice Prem Shankar Gupt on 24 Jan 13 at the grand old age of 82. Justice Gupta was the friend, philosopher and guide of our Sansthan all through its teething years and his sagacious advice was available to us at each and every step of our endeavour. Justice Gupt, who was a judge of Allahabad High Court from 1977 to 1992, was an extremely learned scholar and a great proponent of our national Hindi language. His motivational discourses to the Sansthan members from time to time inspired us no end for rendition of selfless service to the ailing humanity. We shall always miss his benign presence amidst us. May his noble soul rest in eternal peace!
